this is one of zeds harder match ups. her Q is her main poke and it dose true damage on its way back to Ahri. her W can proc electrocute and if she hits her E which is charm she can EWQ which can one shot u depending on ur hp. try to move unpredictively to make it harder to hit her charm but at lvl 6 she can 100 to 0 with ignite. At lvl 6 she gains her R which is 3 dashes that can be used in a certain time period try to play around your minions to make it harder for her to hit her E(Charm) because the less charms she hits the more likely u are to win trades and minimize her all in potential.
