Introduction
HI ^^. I am Wambowama and play since S5. On Ganr I have atm 250k mastery points and i play him almost nonstop since S10.
Why to play Gnar With Fleet?
First why do you want to play Gnar? Obviously becouse of his good teamfight's.
But Fleet??? It is nice to have fleet so dominate top lane you can just kite very easely with it and it is fun. If u get your first item (Divine) you can run them down with Mini Gnar or kite them while you are running them down, but only if you are not behind with lvl. It is also the most fun rune becouse of the speed buff and heal.

Pos/ Cons of Gnar
Gnar is easy to pick up, but hard to master becouse of his transformation into Mega Gnar.
One litlle trick
You can take advantage of Gromp or Krugs with fleet to kite them into lane and also to get some rage stacks for Mega Gnar. Just please watchout for your jungler.
